How is a plastic bag made?
Making samples approval
When we confirm the bag style/size/thickness/material/imprint, we can give price to client.
After reaching an agreement with the customer on the price, terms, and delivery time, we start making samples for customer's approval.
Making samples is a small producing of products.
1) client send the artwork in AI file to us, then we will use this file to make copper plate for customer's approval.
2) making copper plates after artwork approved.
3) blowing film
4) printing
5) folding film
6) making bags on cutting machine
Mass production
When samples ready, samples will be sent by DHL/FEDEX/UPS to client. Usually it will take 3-7 days for shipping.
After bag's approved, mass production will be started.
It's the similar producing progress with making samples except that we don't need make copper plates again. Because we made it during making samples.

Shipping
Once mass production is ready, we will contact forwarder for shipping by sea or by air if goods is needed urgently.
The trading items are including EXW, FOB, CIF, Door to door based on client's requirements.
Any items don't worry, we will support to finish the shipping.
